Defined broadly, my research sits at the intersection of theological and philosophical anthropology and Christology. As both an exemplary human and theologian, Dietrich Bonhoeffer is my primary dialogue partner in this project. More specifically, I seek to explore how eschatology dynamically contextualizes and reorients the human being toward a proper “worldliness” in and through the covenantal flesh of Jesus Christ.
Theology of the Hebrew Bible – especially the wisdom literature, issues of race and theology, Lutheran theology, philosophy of the mind, Jewish theology, and phenomenology.
